Arti Sharma

CEO, nutureuk

Arti is the CEO of nurtureuk, a national education charity. She has always been passionate about holistic education and the development of young people. Before joining nurtureuk as CEO in 2020, she was the Deputy Chief Executive of a youth social action charity, as well as being a nurtureuk trustee.

Arti’s background in marketing and communications spans several not-for-profit and commercial sectors, and she has put her passion into practice in a range of roles within the education sector.

Arti works closely with the nurtureuk staff and board team and alongside education professionals, partners and parents to ensure children are able to successfully engage with their education and flourish at school and in life.

“Having had first-hand experience of bereavement at a young age and knowing the subsequent impact it had upon my early school years, I strongly believe children from all backgrounds have the right to a nurturing environment to be the best they can be.”
